BRADENTON — Supporters of Libertarian candidate Adrian Wyllie will once again protest their candidate's exclusion from a gubernatorial debate. This time, Wyllie's fans will be in front of WJXT's Jacksonville studios, where Republican Governor Rick Scott and Democratic opponent Charlie Crist will participate in their final debate, to be aired nationally on CNN.

A federal judge rejected arguments by Wyllie last week, that he should be allowed to participate in the debate Wednesday night at Broward College.
U.S. District Judge James Cohn ruled that Wyllie had "not shown a substantial likelihood of success on any of their claims, so they are not entitled to the requested temporary relief."
Organizers had set the bar at 15 percent in polls in order to participate. Wyllie, who has not been included in many of the polls conducted, argued that by polling at 12 percent and factoring in the 4 percent margin of error, he should be allowed to participate.
"For too long, the Republican-Democrat 'duopoly' has controlled the conversation, and they have used their power to silence the competition,'' Wyllie said in statement released after the decision. "Their attempts to exclude me from the debates is just another example. The people of Florida are demanding a third choice, and this decision is an injustice to those millions of Florida voters crying out for fairness and for their voice to be heard."
This time, Wyllie has decided to answer the debate questions live via YouTube, so that voters can keep their computers on during the debate and hear his answers. Click here for a link to his channel.
Tonight's debate begins at 7 p.m. on CNN. Jake Tapper will moderate.
