Marysue Tucker Gruse, 90, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 28, 2021.
She was born in Bridgeton, Indiana in 1931 to Frank and Charlotte Marie (Hillis) Tucker. She was married to George Gruse for 66 years, who passed away in 2016.
She is preceded in death by her siblings, Frank Tucker, Bernard Tucker, Paul Tucker, Carol Adams and survived by Gilbert Tucker. She later moved to Bradenton, Florida.
She was a retired program assistant at the University of South Florida. She was a loving mother to six children.
She is survived by three sons, Frank Gruse and Dottie of Palatka, FL, Gregory Gruse and Ann of Brookville, MD, and Stephen Gruse and Rebecca of Winter Springs, FL; also three daughters, Donna Smith and Mike of Clinton, IN, Martha Sharif and Mansour of Upland, CA and Monica Given and Baron of Bradenton, FL. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great grand children.
She was a member of Saints Peter & Paul the Apostles Catholic Church of Bradenton, Florida. They loved to travel and have been in all 50 states, 31 cruises and several foreign countries.
Visitation 5:00-7:00PM, Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel.
