While I agree with what was written above, as I read the statute, in particular 197.971(1)(i), it does say that the VRC should contain the name of the supervisor and contact information of supervisor. I would imagine that Mr. Satcher used this line to send out his mini campaign flyer (i.e., new VRC cards). I'm so tired of the good ol' boys club being normal operation of business!
