After reading the 2015, article about the dam it is apparent that Manatee County has dropped the ball. No matter whose fault this is it remains obvious that the people on the BOCC for the past 9 years are at fault. From the inability of the BOCC to raise impact fees to help with aging infrastructure to its incessant love affair with developers that has caused a brain drain within the collective Manatee County employees. Now is the time to use your vote to prevent the next disaster. Let’s vote for a BOCC candidates that see the need for change.
