I really enjoyed reading Mr. Kruse's well documented explanation on the impact fees. It is clear that he has a good grasp and insight on the workings of many aspects of government. I had to laugh to myself wondering which of the other Commissioners, if they should read George's SubStack, would they understand this article and it's content. I do remember, though, that Mr. Kruse had voted to oust Cheri Coryea, to vote Scott Hopes in as County Administrator and gave accolades to Hopes on the day he "resigned". I wish George Kruse could have demonstrated this clarity earlier on. Ruth Lawler
