This entire episode is not surprising to me. Much of politics is threats, warnings and as of late, a lack of connection to one's constituency. This entire "parking garage," episode is an example of this lack of connection with the public. KVO surely needs to go but let's not forget Will Robinson and Jim Boyd. They very quietly put the misplaced parking garage into action and are equally accountable. Any idiot can see that Coquina is the spot if in fact a spot is needed. A recent travel magazine placed Manatee County beach as the second most crowded beach in the country so let's add more folks? Jim Tierney
