Bradenton, Florida - Alice Lorene Benjamin, 93, from Bradenton, Florida, passed away on July 27, 2024 after suffering a stroke on June 10, 2024. Alice was born in Forsyth, Missouri and later moved to Indianapolis, Indiana where she married Robert L. Benjamin on June 16, 1950.
She is survived by her children: Bruce E. (Ann) Benjamin and Robin A. (Daniel) Hastings; grandchildren: Laura (Nick) Sima, David D. Hastings, Natalie A. Benjamin, and Stacey R. (Michael) Zimmerman, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grands.
Alice is preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Benjamin, four sisters, and one brother. Services will be at Shannon's Funeral Home 1015 14th St West, Bradenton, Florida on August 9, 2024 with services beginning at 10:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.
Internment will follow at Skyway Memorial Gardens in Palmetto, Florida.
