BRADENTON BEACH -- Former Mayor of Bradenton Beach, Bob Bartelt, recently issued a proclamation naming Mike Sales the "Official Balladeer of Bradenton Beach" and February 24, (his birthday) "Mike Sales Day". To celebrate, Mike will have an extra special show at the Manatee Public Beach tonight, starting at 5:30 and featuring a drum circle at 7:00.
This won't be the normal one-man show. For tonight's gig, Mike will be accompanied by his full band, the Restless Natives. Bongo Bob will Grand Marshall a rehearsal for the "Longest Conga Line on Sand, World Record Attempt" and there'll also be special guests. Mike's second release, "Los Angeles Sessions" will be available and guests can enjoy free cake!
