Barbara Ann Bouchard, lovingly known as Barb, passed away on August 12, 2026, in Bradenton, Florida, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on June 7, 1947, in Laconia, New Hampshire, and lived a life marked by devotion, kindness, and quiet strength. Barb was a loving, selfless, and thoughtful woman whose presence brought comfort and warmth to those who knew her.

Barb was the beloved wife of the late Allen Bouchard and a devoted mother who held her family at the center of her life. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff, and is survived by her son David and his wife Becky. She also leaves behind her brother Larry and his wife Sondra, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Jessica, Emma, and William. Her family was the heart of her world, and she treasured every opportunity to spend time with them, share a laugh, and create memories that will be held close for years to come.

Barb earned her associate degree in nursing and dedicated her career to serving others as an operating room registered nurse. Through her work, she demonstrated remarkable skill, compassion, and composure. She cared for patients with steady hands and a generous spirit. Nursing was more than a job to Barb. It was a calling that reflected the very best of who she was, and she carried that sense of service into every part of her life.

Outside of her work, Barb found joy in the simple and meaningful pleasures of life. She loved spending time with her family, enjoying a sip of wine, and sharing her days with her beloved Schnauzer. These moments brought her happiness and reflected the warmth that defined her character. She appreciated the comfort of togetherness, the beauty of everyday routines, and the companionship of those she loved most.

Those who knew Barb will remember her for her gentle heart, her thoughtful nature, and the unwavering love she gave so freely. She had a way of making others feel cared for and understood, and her kindness left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her life was a testament to devotion, humility, and grace, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
