Barbara Ella Lambert went peacefully to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 24, 2025. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Jerry Lambert, Jr.
Barbara leaves behind a loving family, including her children and their spouses: Debra K. Carter and Michael Spellman of Bradenton, FL; Sondra and Michael Raubacher of Queen Creek, AZ; and Terry and Kathleen Lambert of Queen Creek, AZ. She was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren: Elizabeth Davis and her husband Ben, Christopher Carter and his wife Monica, Ryan Lambert and his wife Jessica, Lauren Carter and her husband Daniel O'Hara, Gil Liam Lambert, Alana Moreno and her husband Jason, Chase Carter and his wife Allison, Evan Raubacher and his wife Samantha, and Ronna Peterson and her husband Scott.
Barbara was also the guiding light and beloved great-grandmother to Cash and Kennedy Davis; Cayden Carter; Brynlee, Savannah, Parker, and Lyla Lambert; Micah and Maisie Moreno; and Copeland and Caitlin Carter. The 3rd of eight siblings raised in Cullman, Alabama, Barbara is survived by her brother Harry Bennett and her sister Peggy Riggs.
A devout follower of Jesus, Barbara was a dedicated member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She will be forever missed by all who knew her, with comfort found in her deep faith and longing to be with the Lord.
A Gathering will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory, 604 43rd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34209, Followed by a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 5 PM.
Interment will follow at Glen Eden Cemetery in Livonia, Michigan at a time to be determined that will be posted here.
