Oscura, downtown Bradenton's indie live music venue, recently announced that alternative rock band Beauty School Dropout will perform on Saturday, November 14. They will be joined by alternative/hop-hip artist No Love for the Middle Child.
Beauty School Dropout is a Los Angeles rock band featuring Colie Hutzler, Beepus, Bardo, and Colton Flurry. They combine live-wire guitars, electronic production, massive hooks, and a sharp cultural edge with a chaotic, swaggering live show.
The band released their debut single, Last Time, in 2020. In 2021, the group released their debut EP, Boys Do Cry, featuring collaborations with artists like Jason Aalon Butler and Rob Cavallo. Their first studio album, We Made Plans & God Laughed, was released in 2022 and scored hits with the title track and "Freak".
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
