BRADENTON -- This week the Bradenton City Council will be establishing a tentative millage rate and set budget public hearings. With a shortfall in revenue some changes are likely, but mill rate is expected to remain the same, the currrent millage rate is 4.9452.
The City's Neighborhood Stabilization Program is now entering in to a new phase. The City has completed acquisition for 13 properties and is ready to undertake the rehabilitation of eight of the required properties. Six of the properties will be listed for sale and two of the will be for rental to qualified, low-income clients.
