BRADENTON – At Wednesday's meeting, the Bradenton City Council voted to approve a request by Nordic of Florida Development Inc. for annexation of the company's parcel of land at 4456 State Road 64 East for additional development of the Riverdale subdivision. In other business, a future land use designation for the property at 101 48th Street Court East was changed from a county residential to a city residential. Mayor Wayne Poston was absent from the meeting.
