BRADENTON – At Wednesday's meeting, the Bradenton City Council voted to designate a large contaminated property as a Brownfield Area, and also passed a resolution that adjusts various building permit fees and charges. In other business, the council approved a first reading for an ordinance that would re-designate a property on 48th Street Court East from a county residential designation to a city residential, and effectively annexed land on State Road 64 East to the city.
