BRADENTON – At Wednesday night's meeting, the Bradenton City Council approved a rate increase in water and sewer fees. In other business, an ordinance that orders city traffic violations to be formatted for the reading of the Florida Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles was also passed. Councilmen Bemis Smith and Gene Gallo were out with excused absences.
