Bradenton City Council Members Sworn In

Posted
BRADENTON – On Tuesday, three Bradenton City Council members were sworn into office. Ward Two Councilwoman Marianne Barnebey was sworn in after being reelected, while Ward Three Councilman Josh Cramer and Ward Four Councilwoman Lisa Gonzalez Moore were sworn in for their first terms.

In October,Barnebey easily fended off a challenge from David Levin, while Gonzalez Moore defeated incumbent Bill Sanders in a three-way race. Cramer, a 27-year veteran of the Bradenton Police Department who retired as Assistant Chief, was unopposed in his bid to replace veteran councilman Patrick Roff, who retired.

The three council members join Jayne Kocher and Pam Coachman, each of whom are two years into their first term of office. Bradenton City Council seats are non-partisan and members serve four-year terms.
