BRADENTON--The Bradenton Gladiators take the field at the PAL Bowl for its first home game of the regular season Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. when they take on the Bay Area Warriors.

Last week Bradenton defeated the Tri-County Soldiers 21-6 in their season opener in Delray Beach. Quarterback Nicholas Kirby connected with Jeff Charlton for a 50 yard touchdown on the second play of the game. Kirby found Charlton again in the third quarter for another score. Running back Chauncey Jones added a third touchdown on a six yard run in the fourth quarter.
Bay Area won its Florida Football Alliance debut with a 21-7 victory over the Sarasota Millionaires at Booker High School. The Warriors won the NIFL championship last season.
The Millionaires travel to Belle Glade on Saturday night to face the Muck City Stars in a 7:00 p.m. kick-off.
