Bradenton to launch new utility payment system Sept. 1

Utility Access will replace Paymentus as the City’s online utility payment system, offering customers more convenient ways to pay and manage their accounts.

New features include Text-to-pay, AutoPay, scheduled payments, payment reminders, and more. Customers can also access their utility account through the MyBradenton 311 app.

Do I need to Create a new account?
No. Creating an online account is not required; however, we encourage customers to register to receive important account notifications, keep their contact information current, and enjoy the convenience of having their utility account at their fingertips.

Creating an account online allows you to:

• Enroll in AutoPay
• Sign up for Text-to-Pay
• Receive payment reminders and notifications
• Schedule payments in advance
• View up to one year of payment history
• View account consumption/usage
• Choose English or Spanish
• Manage your account information
