Business and Financial Neal Ups the Ante with Largest Model in Lakewood Ranch

LAKEWOOD RANCH – John Neal Homes is constructing its newest model in the Highfield section of The Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club. The builder says that once completed, the Barbados II, which comes in at just under 5,000 square feet, will be the largest new home model in Lakewood Ranch.

“We saved the best for last,” said John Neal, president of the Lakewood Ranch-based new home building company in a release. “This model will be amazing in every way, from the gorgeous golf course home site to the grand open floor plan and the meticulous design features inside. It has it all,” said Neal.

The Barbados II model is 4,998 square feet under air and will include 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, plus a den, club room and bonus room upstairs. The Italian Villa style home will be completely turnkey and available for leaseback. The model is expected to be completed by February 2013 in time for the Home Builder’s Association Parade of Homes.

With large wooded trees and oversized home sites, Highfield is within walking distance to the 44,000 square foot clubhouse. The Highfield neighborhood in the Lakewood Ranch Country Club is the last new home section being built in the exclusive, gated golf course community in which all homes have been exclusively built by John Neal Homes.
