BRADENTON --High pressure over the western Atlantic will ridge westward across North Florida and the northeast Gulf of Mexico through Friday before weakening on Saturday. A weak cold front will settle over the waters on Saturday and remain in place on Sunday.

 

Thursday

South winds around 10 knots. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Thursday night will bring southeast winds around 5 knots. Bay and inland waters smooth.

 

Friday

Southeast winds around 5 knots becoming southwest in the afternoon. Bay and inland waters smooth. Friday night will bring northeast winds around 5 knots. Bay and inland waters smooth.

 

Saturday

Northeast winds around 10 knots. Bay and inland waters a light chop. A slight chance of showers. Saturday night will bring northeast winds around 10 knots. Bay and inland waters a light chop. A slight chance of showers.

 

Sunday

Northeast winds around 5 knots. Bay and inland waters smooth. A chance of showers.
