BRADENTON -- A ridge of high pressure will build north of the waters today and remain in place through tonight. The high will move off the mid-Atlantic coast on Thursday but remain ridged across the Florida Peninsula Thursday night. The ridge will move south of the waters on Friday as a weak cold front moves into the Florida Panhandle. The cold front will dissipate north of the waters on Saturday then high pressure will build westward across the waters on Sunday. Solunar predictions remain average all weekend.

Thursday
Southeast winds around 10 knots becoming southwest 5 knots late in the afternoon. Seas will be 2 feet or less. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Thursday Night will bring south winds around 10 knots. Seas will be 2 feet. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Fishing during major solunar periods from 5:28 a.m. - 7:28 a.m. and 5:57 p.m. - 7:57 p.m., or during minor solunar periods from 12:21 a.m. - 1:21 a.m. and 10:31 a.m. - 11:31 a.m. will produce average results.

and 12:20 p.m. - 1:20 p.m. will produce average results.

Sunday
South winds around 15 knots. Seas will be 2 feet. Bay and inland waters a moderate chop. Fishing during major solunar periods from 8:13 a.m. - 10:13 a.m. and 8:38 p.m. - 10:38 p.m., or during minor solunar periods from 3:07 a.m. - 4:07 a.m. and 1:19 p.m. - 2:19 p.m. will produce average results.
