BRADENTON -- A surface ridge axis of high pressure across southern Florida today will lift northward to the Georgia/Florida border by Friday. This ridge will remain there through Saturday then drift back south on Sunday. The best fishing of the month will occur on Saturday as the phase of the new moon sends fish into a feeding frenzy.
