BRADENTON -- A weak cold front dissipated across the region this afternoon. High pressure then builds in over the Gulf Coast tonight and then tracks east with tranquil boating conditions expected through the weekend. A front approaches from the northwest early next week. With the full moon falling on Saturday, fishing should be some of the best this month, however, watch out for rain!

Thursday

North winds around 10 knots. Seas will be 2 feet. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Thursday night will bring East winds around 10 knots. Seas will be 2 feet. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Fishing during major solunar period from 11:42 a.m. - 1:42 p.m., or during minor solunar periods from 5:48 a.m. - 6:48 a.m. and 5:39 p.m. - 6:39 p.m. will produce good results.

 

Friday

Northeast winds around 10 knots becoming northwest in the afternoon. Seas will be 2 feet. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Friday night will be northeast winds around 10 knots. Seas will be 2 feet or less. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Fishing during major solunar periods from 12:09 a.m. - 2:09 a.m. and 12:35 p.m. - 2:35 p.m., or during minor solunar periods from 6:29 a.m. - 7:29 a.m. and 6:46 p.m. - 7:46 p.m. will produce very good results.

Fishing during major solunar periods from 12:31 a.m. - 2:31 a.m. and 12:58 p.m. - 2:58 p.m., or during minor solunar periods from 6:34 a.m. - 7:34 a.m. and 7:29 p.m. - 8:29 p.m. will produce the very best results.

North winds around 10 knots. Seas will be 2 feet or less. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Sunday night will bring east winds around 10 knots. Seas will be 2 feet. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Fishing during major solunar periods from 1:25 a.m. - 3:25 a.m. and 1:53 p.m. - 3:53 p.m., or during minor solunar periods from 7:12 a.m. - 8:12 a.m. and 8:41 p.m. - 9:41 p.m. will bring very good results.
