Carl W. Hayes of Bradenton, FL, passed away on March 18, 2024. He was born in Hackensack, N.J.
November 13, 1937. Carl moved to Florida in 1993 with his wife of 46 years, Jacqueline Richards Hayes.
Carl loved his family, sports, and music. He was always the life of our parties. Carl was a tournament bowler, loved to golf, and was one heck of a pitcher.
He was the shipping warehouse manager for Colorforms for many years before he became the owner and operator of his own trucking company.
He was predeceased by his mother, Evelyn DeNigris; his father, Hugh Hayes; and his stepfather, Tom Bucciarelli. He was survived by his wife, Jacqueline (Jackie), his daughters, Babette Hayes and Joanne (Joei) Skeffington; one granddaughter, Autumn Marie; and many nieces and nephews. Also, his beloved cat, Delilah.

A Memorial Service will be 12 PM, Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 26th Street Chapel, 5624 26th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34207, with lunch to follow at the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his name to The American Cancer Society or Nate's Animal Honor Rescue.
