Carol "Lee" Marshall, 81, of Bradenton, FL died September 6, 2002.
She was born in Bristol, CT on February 22, 1941, to Alice (Gwyer) Lawrence and Dr. Ed Hibler. She lived in West Hartford, CT and Wallingford, VA. After college, she was married, lived in California, and eventually moved to Massachusetts where she worked at Honeywell in Waltham, MA, and Minneapolis, as an Executive Assistant. She came to Florida in 1983. She was a member of the Manatee Ladies Golf League and the River Run Ladies Golf League for several years. In 1996, she and her husband, Ed joined the El Conquistador Country Club, which now is IMG Academy Golf and Country Club.
She was pre-deceased by her husband of 28 years, Edward R. Marshall in 2005. Beloved life partner of 14 years, J. Ray Alexander. She is survived by stepmother, Jackie Hibler; daughter, Amy "Tammy" Adams; Jay H. Adams; 3 stepchildren, Bob, Gary and Kandy Marshall; three brothers, Clifford Hibler, Derby Lawrence and John Hibler; two sisters, Linda MacDonald and Caroline Gaiser; 3 stepsisters and five grandchildren.
