Charles Lawson, born on September 23, 1942, in Dover Foxcroft, Maine, passed away on July 26, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida. He was 82 years old.
Charles proudly served his country as a veteran and carried that sense of dedication and resilience throughout his life. After his military service, he worked as a truck driver until retirement-a career that reflected his strong work ethic and independent spirit.
He was deeply loved by his family and will be remembered for the quiet strength he brought to their lives. Charles was survived by his daughters Wanda Lemar and Lori Devito; his grandchildren Kristin Hutton and Quintin Hutton; and his great-grandchildren Justice and Verity. His love for animals was evident in the special bond he shared with his cats, who brought him much joy over the years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Laura and William Lawson, and his brother Donald Lawson.
Charles Lawson will be truly missed by those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.
