How do you define a life?
By a birthdate of 6/2/92 and a death date 3/22/25?
By whom has gone before such as his Father Daniel Larson, Grandparents Ronald and Patricia Larson, Jose and Maria Millan, and Richard and Paula Justice?
Or do you define a life by those one leaves behind? A Mother Lori Larson of Pensacola, Fl. and a Mother Pepi Millan of Chipiona, Spain; a brother Nick Larson of Nowata, Ok.; two sisters Sarah Larson of Murfreesboro, Tn and Bethany Larson of Pensacola, Fl.?
Or do you define a life by the legacy one leaves behind? With 4 nephews and a niece whom Christopher adored and enjoyed his time as their Tio.
Or shall we define a life by occupation? As a graduate of the University of South Florida, he was a registered nurse and worked at Tampa General until he found his calling working with at risk youth in New York.
Or shall we look at where he came from? He was born in Meridian, Mississippi, grew up in Bradenton Florida. After college he remained in Tampa, Florida and spent the last 4 years of his life he living in New York.
How about ones character, do we define a life by this? He was charismatic, fun loving, always ready with a smile and a joke. Always ready to create memories and have a good time! He loved music and a good debate on worldview and political matters.
Maybe we can define a life based on the company one keeps? Chris never lost sight of the value of a friend and considered them family. Chris was always able to find humor in any situation. If anyone was experiencing pain, times of struggle, hardships, or sleepless nights he was there. If it was to cheer up a friend struggling in grad school, deliver a care package to a friend during Covid, or helping a friend move, (land the plane), Chris showed up! He was a fierce protector of his loved ones in reassuring that you would make it through because he was right there with you.
For me, this life holds a little less sparkle, a bit less Pinache with him not in it. I believe a life is defined by how many people are touched and forever changed by simply being around an individual. Those who encountered Christopher Daniel Larson, have been forever changed just by knowing him. He is so Unforgettable in every way! Unforgettable that's how he'll stay. That's why darling it's incredible that someone so unforgettable thinks that we are unforgettable too!
That is how a life is defined by the impact an individual made on those around them and for Chris that was a multitude! We are eternally grateful to have had the privilege of experiencing his light in our lives!
Gone too soon!
Forever a friend, forever loved, and forever missed!
A celebration of life will be held on the beach Saturday June 28.
