Christopher “Topher” Poulin, 51, of Bradenton, FL and Wells, ME passed away unexpectedly on January 6th, 2026. He was born in Newport to Peter and Diana Poulin on May 9th, 1974.

Topher lived an adventurous life with deep passion for the oceans and beaches which he frequented. With a youthful heart and exuberance, he held an immense love for family, his nieces and nephews, and the simple joys of life: kids, anything with a board or wheels, beaches, bonfires, and savoring close relationships with his many friends and family. He was a giving soul, always willing to lend a hand, advice, or support when those he loved were in need. A fan of good humor and good times, he traveled extensively, enjoying the simple authentic experiences over the material pleasures of the world, always prioritizing people and connections over things.

Topher was incredibly intelligent and well versed in many affairs, and was focused and determined in pursuing his passions. Selfless and humble, he was fiercely loyal and unapologetically honest, always leading with his heart before anything else. He lived his years with an uncompromising desire to follow his dreams, and stayed true to himself throughout his time with us.

He is survived by his parents, Peter and Diana Poulin, his brother Cory Poulin, his niece Sydney Poulin and nephew Ryder Poulin as well as by many loving aunts, uncles, and beloved cousins that were very much the center of his world.

The family will be holding a private celebration of Topher’s life. Online condolences are welcome at curtis-britch.com. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Maine Coast Heritage Trust, helping to preserve and protect the oceans and beaches he loved so dearly for future generations.
