City of Bradenton services are offline

BRADENTON - If you want to pay bills, get permits or get other kinds of personal service from the city, you have to do it the old-fashioned way: in person at City Hall.

The city's Web services are out of commission, Public Information Officer Tim McCann wrote in an e-mail Monday, and will be unavailable until further notice.

"Our Information Technology Department is working diligently to resolve this issue," he wrote.

In the meantime, patrons can transact business at City Hall, 101 Old Main St., during regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The city does not handle billing over the phone.
