Community City of Bradenton Alters Garbage Pickup for Thanksgiving

BRADENTON -- All City offices will be closed Thursday and Friday of next week in observance of Thanksgiving. Offices will open at normal time on Monday, Nov. 26. The only garbage collection day that will be affected is Thanksgiving day.

If your household trash and recycling are normally collected on Thursday, they will both be collected on Saturday, Nov. 24, instead. There will be no interruption to yard waste collection. There also will be no interruption to any type of trash collection on Friday.
