BRADENTON – Ace Hardware Corporation has named Crowder Bros. Ace Hardware a “Five-Star Platinum” Ace retailer for its commitment to providing excellent customer service in its local community during 2012. The nation’s largest hardware cooperative bestows this recognition on approximately 10 percent of its top-performing stores.

Ace’s Platinum Performance Retailing (PPR) achievement program provides merchandising initiatives as well as operational training and guidelines designed to help Ace stores offer superior customer service, improve sales and overall store performance.
