BRADENTON – Manatee Habitat and four regional Habitat affiliates have announced the launch of a yearlong project in partnership with the Legacy of Valor campaign, honoring the service and sacrifice of veterans and their families. During the year, each of the five Habitat affiliates will complete a home repair project for a veteran in need in their respective communities. The Manatee Habitat Legacy of Valor Repair project is scheduled for this fall and will assist a local veteran homeowner with much-needed roof repair.
