BRADENTON – The Crew of DeSoto, members of the Hernando DeSoto Historical Society had a great time handing out candy and beads to the children who came to the Crime Stopper’s Halloween Safe Kids Night.

The Crew of De Soto Hern Butch Powell, and De Soto Queen Haley Geraldson were all smiles at the Halloween Safe Kids Night sponsored by the Manatee County Crime Stoppers after speaking with a young man who told them that when he is old enough he wants to join the Society and become Hern. |
