BRADENTON - The Manatee County Commission on Thursday set new dates for several land use hearings.
The commission also voted 6-1 Thursday, with Commissioner Joe McClash dissenting, to approve a revised site plan for University Groves, PDMU-06-16(P)(R).
The commission also approved an amendment to the Manatee County Land Development Code covering Aircraft Landing Fields (Ordinance 09-42) and the rezoning of .23 acres at 5716 26th St. W. from Residential Single Family to the Planned Development Office district (PDO-09-02(Z)(P)) and approved a preliminary site plan for a 2,330-square-foot office there.
