Creekwood Dog Park Re-opens After Month-long Closure

MANATEE COUNTY – East Manatee’s Creekwood Dog Park has become even more family friendly.

Closed for construction for the past month, Creekwood now has two new pavilions with picnic tables at both the small and large dog park. Other amenities at the park include park benches, shade trees, doggie drinking fountains and waste bags.

Creekwood Park opened in 2011. A two-acre area is for larger, active dogs. Another, smaller park is for smaller dogs.
