Crystal Jade Phillips was born to Dawn and Ed Phillip's, July 13th, 1990, in Lakeland, Florida.
To most, she was known as "Jade" and just as her name implies, she was considered a precious gem. From the start she was adored by her mom, Dawn, as well as her big brother Corey, and dad, Ed. Jade was raised in Nashville, TN. and Bradenton, FL.
As a child, she was a bright light full of life with a great love for animals. She was sweet and sassy and beautiful to her core! Like a princess! Jade carried that spirit of love and passion into adulthood and shined at whatever she put heart and mind to!
Her family was diverse with multiple step siblings and a little brother. Cody. Family was important to Jade, especially her big brother Corey. He was her "go to" and confidant; her "twin" as so many people thought they were! Jade considered her close friends as family too! She accredited her "other mother" Toni, as influencing her career choice in cosmetology. Whether Jade was coloring hair, or "painting the town", she brought her passion wherever she went. Aunt Deedee fondly remembers Jade as the one that lifted the mood of any room with all of her "color and sparkle".
And oh, how Jade loved the beach! She considered herself a mermaid. Whether fishing or swimming or just floating in the gulf or sinking her toes in the sand; the beach was her happy place!
She is survived by her mom, Dawn, dad, Ed, brothers Corey and Cody and sister Alexandra Tille. Grandmother, Lois Blouch, grandfather Charlie Phillips, and aunt Deedee. Cousins Jaimie and Ronnie Robinson and Carter and Easton Robinson, as well as uncle Dennis, aunt Beth Phillips and cousin Brittney and many other friends and family.
A service will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34209.
