Bradenton, Florida - SLAUGHTERBECK Cynthia, age 67, of Bradenton, FL, passed away at Traditions of Lebanon in Lebanon, OH on Sunday, May 5, 2024 following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Slaughterbeck, father, Ned Kress & brother, Brad Kress.
She was a 1974 Graduate of Franklin-Monroe High School. She had a heart to serve and did so as a nurse for over 30 years both in Ohio and in Florida. She was very active in promoting and playing shuffleboard. She served as the President of the Florida Shuffleboard Associations' Southwest District.
Cynthia is survived by 3 sons, Craig, Andrew & Scott Slaughterbeck; mother, Janice Kress; grandchildren, Alessandro, Matthew, Nora, June, Malachi, Genevieve & Trey; sisters, Valerie Beighle & Brenda Brooks and numerous other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Newcomer Cemetery north of Pittsburg, where she will be buried with her husband, Steve.
