SARASOTA – Award-winning folk singer/songwriter David Wilcox will bring his Musical Medicine back to the concert stage at Fogartyville in Sarasota on January 20. Tickets are currently on sale for this special event.
The Ohio native burst onto the folk scene when he won the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival in 1988. Over the ensuing decades, Wilcox has more than 20 critically-acclaimed albums, taking top honors in the 23rd annual USA Songwriting Competition in 2018 for We Make the Way by Walking from the album, The View From the Edge.
The show at Fogartyville is scheduled for 8 p.m. (doors @ 7:15 p.m.). Tickets are $25-$30 ($15 for students); 13 & over, please. To purchase tickets, click here.
