Derry N. Zoller, a beacon of love and inspiration, completed her earthly journey on December 28, 2025, at the blessed age of 85.

Born on June 25, 1940, in Denver, Colorado, Derry's life was a testament to the power of positivity, family values, and unwavering faith. She passed away peacefully in Bradenton, Florida, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support that touched all who knew her.

Derry moved to Bradenton and attended Bradenton Junior High School. She then attended Manatee County High School where she was very accomplished, becoming Captain of the Drill Team, Homecoming Queen, Secretary of her class for three years and recipient of the prestigious Hall of Fame Award.

A devoted partner in life and love, Derry is survived by her cherished husband of 65 years, Dan Zoller. Together, they built a home that was a sanctuary of happiness and a foundation of support for their children, Cathie Zoller Mackey, Cindy Zoller Brennan, and Dan (Court) Zoller, Jr.

Derry was a grandmother and great-grandmother whose heart was large enough to encompass her nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren with an affection that was both infinite and palpable.

Derry's passion for nurturing others extended beyond her family. After studying Home Economics at Florida State University, she married her sweetheart since Jr. High School, Dan, at Christ Episcopal Church in Bradenton in 1960 and thereafter earned her PHT degree (Pushing Hubby Through degree) in Gainesville, Florida. Derry lived a life of service, not only to her husband and children but also to her community, serving as PTA president, volunteering as a grey lady, participating as a devoted member of Daughters of the King, Alter Guild, Sunday School teacher and Food Pantry volunteer at Christ Episcopal Church. Her life illustrated her love of and trust in the Lord. Her favorite quotes were "this too shall pass" when navigating difficulties and "one day at a time sweet Jesus" for just about everything else. She will be dearly missed.

A Memorial Service for Derry will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 12 Noon at Christ Episcopal Church, 4030 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205. Any donations should be made to Daughters of the King (DOK) at Christ Episcopal Church in lieu of flowers. Her remains will be placed in the Christ Episcopal Church Memorial Garden Columbarium.

Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34209, is in charge of arrangements.
