Whatever side you are on, this conversation is for you! Election security means different things to different people — and that's exactly why we need to talk about it together. Join us for this Braver Angels-style Community Dialogue, bringing together folks from across the political spectrum for an honest, respectful conversation about how our elections work
The program opens with a presentation by Scott Farrington, the Manatee County Supervisor of Elections, offering a firsthand nonpartisan look at how local elections are run and safeguarded. From there, we will break into small discussion groups — mixing perspectives across the political spectrum — to discuss different aspects of election issues in search of common ground.
In true Braver Angels fashion, this isn't a debate to be won. It's a conversation to be had — with curiosity, humility, and respect for those who hold different perspectives.
Invite a friend who thinks differently from you. Everyone is welcome and needed!
