BRADENTON – Main Street Live, the monthly street party on Old Main Street, is switching from its usual third Thursday of the month to this Saturday to coincide with the weekend of St. Patrick’s Day.

The Shamrock 5K race begins at 4:30 p.m. The route runs along the scenic, downtown waterfront. Click here for the event application. It includes a map and contact information.

Main Street Live starts at 5 p.m. There will be live music from contemporary rock band Big Daddy until midnight. Enjoy vendors from local restaurants, food trucks, arts and crafts and more. The street will close to vehicular traffic at 2:30 p.m. so please plan accordingly.
