Dylan Joe Kersey born at Manatee Memorial Hospital on May 12, 1992, passed away on December 22, 2022,surrounded by family, and friends and in his mother's arms.
Dylan's life was a journey filled with challenges that he met head-on with a positive never give-up frame of mind. Dylan was a caring and generous spirit who cared deeply for all the people, friends and family in his life.
He is survived by his mother, Kathy Wicker Kersey; his aunts, Karla Hager and Pam Miller; cousins, James Hager, Tabitha Hager and Christina Hennessy; his 2nd cousins, Sophia Hager, Zoe Hager, Raegan Hager and Leo Hennessy; his father, Otter Kersey and his wife; grandparents, Johnny and Jan Kersey and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 PM, with a Celebration of Life at 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 8, 2023, with a reception to follow, at Myakka Family Worship Center, 33420 Singletary Road, Myakka City, FL. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Street Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
