BRADENTON -- In the final evening of the Democratic National Convention, President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will give their speeches to the delegation. Originally, scheduled to be held outdoors in front of 74,000 at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte (where the Carolina Panthers play), it will be moved indoors to Time Warner Cable Arena, where the rest of the events have taken place due to a high chance of thunderstorms. Though not on the official schedule, actresses Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman and Kerry Washington are rumored to speak.
