BRADENTON – The Sierra Club has released their list of endorsements. The environmental group has endorsed President Barack Obama at the top of the ticket. Senator Bill Nelson and Congressional candidate Keith Fitzgerald also got the nod. In the local state house races, only Adam Tebrugge was endorsed. The club did not make an endorsement in the District 26 Florida Senate race. After endorsing only Republican Joe McClash in the Manatee County Commission primary, no other endorsements were made for the general election. St. John's County Commissioner Ken Bryan of St. Augustine was the lone Republican to get the group's general election endorsement in Florida.
