I'm growing weary of hearing Kruse stump for Jolly and others. His issue is that Tallahassee will pinch the commission's ability to spend foolishly if voters approve Amendment 3. Perhaps he should put this much effort into managing Manatee County in anticipation that Amendment 3 gets voter approval, rather than just implementing new fees on residents to make ends meet!
