BRADENTON – Feeding Empty Little Tummies, the Bradenton non-profit that helps feed homeless students in the Manatee County School District, will host an open house for their new packing facility in downtown Bradenton.

The little non-profit founded by Jane Evers has grown from the garage to a full warehouse as the organization has expanded to serve 16 schools and has raised more than $100,000 for the cause.

The new facility is located at 936 14th Street West, Bradenton (across the street from Shannon’s Funeral Home, downtown Bradenton in the Old Girl’s Club). The open house will be held Thursday, December 19th from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Parking is available in the Shannon’s parking lot directly across the street and in the parking lot on the corner of 14th Street and 10th Avenue West. Come on out and see for yourself what a great job the fine folks at F.E.L.T. are doing for Manatee County.
