Beyond his distinguished service, Francisco was a devoted husband and father. He is survived by his beloved wife, Yolanda Sotomayor, and his children, Frances Willis and Nestor Matos. His family was his greatest pride, and he worked tirelessly to provide them with strength, stability, and guidance.
