Free workshop teaches businesses about exporting

A seminar for the marine industry will explain how to tap into the export market, according to Enterprise Florida.

"Exporting: Where Do I Go from Here?" will be presented on Nov. 10 in Sarasota County at State College of Florida, 7131 Professional Parkway in Lakewood Ranch.

The sessions are free to Florida-based businesses because of a grant from Workforce Florida.

The session will look at the following subjects:

• Complying with trade laws and regulations

• Analysis of free trade agreements

• International trade shows and exhibitions

• Export controls and limitations
