Impact Fees to Return to Bradenton January 1

BRADENTON – All development for which a Building Permit from the City of Bradenton is sought on or after January 1, 2014, will be subject to payment of Impact Fees.

Separate impact fees are calculated at different rates for Police, Fire, Roads, Parks Water and Sewer.
