BRADENTON --High pressure will build south over the Florida Peninsula and eastern Gulf waters on Thursday and Friday and remain into the upcoming weekend with lighter winds and seas expected.

 

Thursday
Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Bay and inland waters smooth. Thursday night will bring variable winds around 5 knots. Bay and inland waters smooth.

 

Friday

Variable winds around 5 knots becoming southwest 5 to 10 knots in the afternoon. Bay and inland waters smooth. Friday night will bring southwest winds around 5 knots becoming southeast in the late evening and overnight. Bay and inland waters smooth.

 

Saturday

South winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest around 10 knots in the afternoon. Bay and inland waters a light chop. Saturday night will bring southwest winds around 5 to 10 knots becoming southeast around 5 knots after midnight. Bay and inland waters smooth.

 

Sunday
